At 2:52 p.m. on Wednesday, the National Weather Service issued a freeze watch valid for Friday between 1 a.m. and 9 a.m. for South Central Oregon Coast and Curry County Coast.
The weather service states to expect, "Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 24 degrees are possible, but lows of 28 to 32 degrees are more likely along the immediate coast and beaches."
