A small landslide near Ainsworth State Park in the Columbia River Gorge injured an off-trail hiker on Thursday, Nov. 27, 2025, according to the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office.

A small landslide seriously injured a hiker who was scrambling off-trail on Thanksgiving near Ainsworth State Park in the Columbia River Gorge, Multnomah County sheriff’s officials said Friday.
