The Douglas County Sheriff's Office scours the South Umpqua river in this file photo. Sheriff's divers again searched the river on Sunday and discovered the body of an 11-month old who they believe was killed by his father.

Douglas County sheriff’s deputies arrested a Roseburg man Sunday night on accusations that he killed his 11-month-old son then dumped the boy’s body in the South Umpqua River.
