A Clark County Sheriff’s Office deputy shot and killed a man in Vancouver on Wednesday night, officials said.

The shooting happened around 10:50 p.m. near Main Street & East 19th Street in downtown Vancouver, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.
