Cowlitz County Sheriff’s deputies on Wednesday arrested a woman at what they say was an illicit massage parlor in Longview.
Deputies booked Meirong Zou on suspicion of prostitution and promoting prostitution after what they said was a multiyear investigation of Ocean Beach Spa on Ocean Beach Highway.
