Description

Several areas of Clackamas County were given Level 3 evacuation orders overnight.

Rivers in Clackamas County have risen to dangerous levels and major flood stage overnight due to an atmospheric river that moved through the region. County officials issued evacuation notices, including several Level 3 (go now) commands.
