Description

Four creditors filed a petition last November to force Sortis Holdings into involuntary bankruptcy, but a settlement is pending.

Sortis Holdings would pay creditors a lump-sum cash payment and stock in a subsidiary under a proposed settlement that would dismiss the creditors’ petition to push the company into bankruptcy.
