Ciara is the daughter of April Bleivins and Jake Shivers. She has six siblings. Sisters Selena, Bella, Kelcy and Francine, and brothers Shade and Stephen.
Ciara was enrolled in the Trio program.
Her future plans include to be a caregiver.
Her advice for future generations: “Be yourself and don’t let anyone stop you.”
