City of Coos Bay release - Coos Bay North Bend Water Board will be conducting site improvements at N 5th Street between Market Ave and Commercial Ave. Work is planned to on July 17th at 8am and conclude by 4pm. The road will remain continuously closed for the duration of work. Traffic will be detoured via 4th St. and adjacent local streets. Access for emergency services will be maintained.  Motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians are encouraged to use caution near the construction area and follow all posted traffic signage.
