Description

A family walks with college students out the main gates of campus at the University of Indiana into the town during Fall Break weekend. At colleges across the country, young adults are increasingly sharing space with senior citizens.

On a Monday afternoon last spring at Lasell University, students wrapped up their final beginner Spanish class of the semester. Pairing up, they drilled each other on their names, favorite foods and hobbies.
