Description

Kenneth William Green Jr., 57, of St. Helens, pleaded guilty to sexual exploitation of children and interstate travel with intent to engage in illicit sexual activity.

A retired Lake Oswego fire lieutenant who ordered live-streamed child sex abuse videos from the Philippines and attempted to meet up with children there was sentenced Tuesday to more than 15 years in federal prison.
