Reminder: Get Your Gold & Silver Sports Cards!
High School and Middle School athletes — it’s almost game time!
To be eligible to start practices, all student-athletes must complete the following:
✅ Fill out your FamilyID form online
✅ Have an updated sports physical on file (good for 2 years)
✅ Pay your participation fee — or make a plan with your school secretary
High School (Gold Card)
Middle School (Silver Card)
Homeschool or Online Academy students (grades 9–12): You must also submit an OSAA School Representation Eligibility Certificate to participate in athletics.
Once everything is complete, you'll receive your Gold or Silver Card to hand in at your first practice. No card = no participation.
