Visit CBPD tomorrow September 29th, from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM for a free car seat safety clinic!  
  
Thanks to a recent grant, we will also be offering a limited number of car and booster seats to qualifying low-income families for a small copay.   
  
Recipients will need to provide:  
•A valid ID card  
•Proof of low income by presenting one of the following:  
          •OHP medical card  
          •EBT/Oregon Trail card  
          •WIC voucher  
          •Proof of Supplemental Security Income (SSI)  
          •Direct referral from an agency that requires income eligibility
