Description

New goals set Friday would move more than 12,000 people into housing from homelessness by the end of 2028. The keys pictured here belong to Phillip Pollard, who moved into his own apartment after a year at the soon-to-close River District Navigation Center, a homeless shelter.

Regional leaders voted Friday to set several new homelessness goals, including to decrease the number of people who are homeless in Multnomah County by 10% by June 2028.
