Our once beautiful city is awash in graffiti, (“Another prolific tagging suspect indicted, accused of thousands of dollars of graffiti damage in Portland area,” March 22). Taggers seem to be drawn to Portland. Is it because there is no public outcry? The people of Portland are willing to help eliminate taggers if we have leadership showing us the way.
