As snow starts to blanket parts of Oregon, it’s easy to forget the scars left by recent megafires. Yet the threat hasn’t gone away. We have all felt the consequences of intense fire seasons: the air pollution, the loss of large tracts of forest, the destroyed homes.There are many contributing factors, not least of which is lack of forest management.
