Description
We have had a downtown Portland condo since 2005. Twenty years ago, we felt like Portland was such a joyful and beautiful place to live. We walked everywhere day or night. We remember coming upon concerts in Lovejoy Fountain Park and the park by SW Montgomery and River Drive. We would set out a blanket in the South Park Blocks and have a picnic in the shade with our 2-year-old granddaughter. We rode MAX and the streetcar without a concern about the behavior of other riders.
