Renee Nicole Good was killed Jan. 7 during a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement operation in Minneapolis, (“Outrage, quiet and loud, echoes across Portland as protests against Border Patrol shooting continue,” Jan. 9). One day later, federal agents shot two more people in Portland. We have more guns than people in the United States. Masked federal agents, operating in our community without clear identification or accountability, create fear.
