There seems to be a concerning discrepancy when local media promotes the Providence Bridge Pedal but neglects issues of Providence St. Joseph Health’s high executive compensation. ProPublica’s Nonprofit Explorer shows President and CEO Erik Wexler made more than $9 million in pay and other compensation in 2024; former CEO Rod Hochman made $14.8 million in 2024.
