Description
As daylight time grows shorter, many bicyclists are required to ride in dusky or dark conditions. This makes visibility an issue for both motorists and cyclists. Just a reminder, cyclists are legal vehicles on Oregon roads, and motorists must give a minimum of three feet clearance when overtaking a cyclist.
