Description
The horrible vision of a person deciding to die by jumping from a bridge is very disturbing, (“Bridge barriers save lives. Why hasn’t Oregon built more?” Sept. 16). It reminds us of the helplessness we feel as family, friends and community when, in desperation, someone can find no other solution to their pain.
