I appreciate The Oregonian/OregonLive’s coverage of the dysfunctional Multnomah County jails and the Oregon Nurses Association’s complaints, (“Multnomah County jail nurses call for two supervisors to be fired immediately,” April 26). I agree that low staffing can create unsafe work conditions, and that negligent or disrespectful employees should be held accountable for their actions.
