Did you drink coffee, brush your teeth, get dressed and put on a pair of shoes this morning? Did you pack your child’s backpack and send them to school in a raincoat? Each of those items – the coffee, toothpaste, clothes, shoes, backpack and raincoat – was transported via truck at one point. Our economy and our daily lives would look drastically different if it were not for trucks.
