Description
Some Portland City Council members display ignorance about negotiations for city support for the aging Moda Center, (“Trail Blazers owner says taxpayers must cover entire Moda Center makeover,” June 24). This ignorance comes from believing that the city holds the cards in dealing with the investor group that now owns the Portland Trail Blazers franchise.
