The article on Oregon’s woes in meeting carbon reduction targets reminded me of a 2010 trip to Denmark, when I participated in a U.S. delegation’s week-long tour of the Danish sustainable energy sector, (“Oregon electric utilities have strict green-power deadlines. They’re way off track,” Jan. 14).
