Description
The Portland Public Schools bond measure is too expensive, unclear, lacks specificity and is stuffed with extra items we can’t afford. Vote “no” and demand a better proposal to renovate high schools and fix other urgent building problems, (“Plans emerge for pared back high schools in Portland,” March 18).
