The Environmental Protection Agency has reversed its long-standing endangerment finding that greenhouse gases endanger public health, (“Trump administration revokes key climate change finding in major rollback,” Feb. 12). This reversal essentially strips away the legal foundation for the agency’s ability to regulate emissions.
