President Donald Trump has been rightly criticized for ignoring laws and court orders that he disagrees with. No one is above the law. But Oregon officials are doing exactly the same thing by turning a blind eye to the current administration’s executive order on transgender athletes, (“Portland Public Schools triggers Trump administration investigation into transgender athlete participation,” March 25).
