Is anyone else fed up with another frivolous lawsuit? The out-of-state owners of a fourplex on Northeast 24th Avenue are looking for a windfall from the government because what appear to be reckless drivers have run onto their property. They want $1.2 million, (“Owners of ‘Crash House’ on notoriously tricky road file $1.2M lawsuit against Portland, gas company,” Aug. 13).
