COLUMBUS, Ohio—Republican gubernatorial nominee Vivek Ramaswamy acknowledged Tuesday night that a controversial ad featuring Amy Acton’s estranged mother came from his campaign, which is now launching a multimillion-dollar ad campaign behind it in the race’s final weeks.
