Description
A 2.6-magnitude earthquake was recorded at the southern end of the two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast, Friday, May 2. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake was located west to northwest of Petrolia, CA near Cape Mendocino in Northern California. A second quake was recorded in the same area on Sunday, May 4. According to the USGS, the 2.6-magnitude quake was located west to northwest of Petrolia, CA.
