A couple of earthquakes were recorded at or near the southern end of the two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast, Thursday, June 5. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 3.7-magnitude quake was located between the two fault lines west to northwest of Trinidad, CA in Northern California, and a 2.8-magntide was recorded right at the junction, west to northwest of Petrolia, CA, near Cape Mendocino in Northern California.
