(KTVZ) -- Law enforcement agencies across Central and Eastern Oregon are increasing high-visibility patrols to target distracted driving. Officials warn drivers that holding or using an electronic device while operating a vehicle carries immediate legal and financial consequences. Under Oregon law, operating a motor vehicle while using an electronic mobile device is a Class B
