A Colorado man has been charged in federal court after prosecutors alleged he created a fake U.S. Supreme Court document bearing the forged signature of Chief Justice John Roberts in an effort to have a pending Indiana criminal case thrown out. Authorities say the case is part of a broader pattern in which the defendant repeatedly claimed to hold powerful federal positions while seeking personal benefits, UPI reported.
