***Press Release*** Case #: S2026-01540 Coos Bay, OR - On September 29th 2026, the North Coos Dispatch Center received a 911 call of a violation of a stalking order that was occurring in the 62000 Block of Daniels Creek Lane. A deputy responded to the location and conducted an investigation into the incident. As a result of the investigation, Tristan B. Barger (28) was contacted and ultimately arrested on 7 counts of Violation of a Stalking Order. Mr. Barger was transported to the Coos County Jail, where he was booked and remains in custody. “Police action is not indicative of guilt. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.”
