***Press Release*** Case #: S2026-01441 Lakeside, OR - On September 9, 2026, a report of a robbery was received at the Dollar General Store in Lakeside. Upon arrival, it was learned the suspect who was later identified as Marvin W. Rowe had fled from the location on a bicycle prior to deputies arrival on scene. After an investigation probable cause has been issued for the arrest of Marvin W. Rowe (38) on the charges of Robbery III and Assault IV.
