On March 3rd, 2026, at 1:13 p.m., Sgt. J. Boswell responded to a residence in the 9000 Block of Cape Arago Hwy to a report of a stalking order being actively violated.  
  
Valerio Sandoval (69) was contacted and found to be in violation of a stalking order. Mr. Sandoval was transported to the Coos County Jail on the charge of Violation of a Stalking Order.  
  
“Police action is not indicative of guilt.  All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.”
