It’s down to the semi-finals for the Oregon School Activities Association (OSAA) member schools this weekend. The state’s largest schools, 6A Open, have games on Friday night, Nov. 22. Central Catholic vs. Lake Oswego at Hillsboro Stadium, 7 p.m. and Sheldon vs. West Linn at Willamette University (Salem), 7 p.m. In the 6A bracket, Newberg vs. So. Medford at Roseburg HS, 7 p.m., and Jesuit vs. No. Medford at Willamette HS (Eugene), 7 p.m. The 5A schools will have Wilsonville vs. Silverton Friday, Nov. 22, 7 p.m., McMinnville HS, and West Albany vs. Mtn. View at McNary HS (Salem), 7 p.m. The state’s smaller schools will have their “Semi-Final Saturday” on Nov. 23rd at various locations. In the 4A SFs, Scappoose vs. Marist Catholic, 1 p.m., McMinnville HS and Henley vs. Cascade, Grants Pass HS, 4:30 p.m. The 3A’s have North Valley vs. Vale, Summit HS (Bend), 1 p.m., and Burns vs. Banks, Summit HS, 4:30 p.m. In the 2As, St. Paul vs. Heppner, Caldera HS (Bend), 2 p.m., and Gervais vs. Oakland, Cottage Grove Hs, 4:30 p.m. In 1A (8) – Crane vs. Adrian, Eastern Oregon, 4:30 p.m., and North Douglas vs. Crosspoint Christian, Grants Pass HS, 1 p.m. In 1A (6) – South Wasco Co. vs. Powers, Cottage Grove HS, 1 p.m. All of the games will be broadcast live on the OSAA Radio Network, just go to www.osaa.org, brackets, choose the game and follow the instructions. Some of the games will also be televised on the NFHS Network. There is a small fee, but it does cover the month.
