More than 2,000 Portland General Electric customers are without power Wednesday morning as wind and rain sweep through the region.
PGE’s online map shows 19 active outages affecting 2,631 customers as of 7:15 a.m. More than 1,000 of those affected are in and around Portland’s Goose Hollow neighborhood.
