Description

Portland Public Schools bought the One North Complex and will renovate it to house its long-awaited Center for Black Student Excellence. A complaint filed with the U.S. Department of Education claims the center impermissibly favors Black students.

A national nonprofit that works to root out what it calls liberal “indoctrination” at schools and colleges has accused Portland Public Schools of “flagrant racial preferencing” in its drive to create a Center for Black Student Excellence.
