Hundreds gather at Portland’s Terry Schrunk Plaza for a vigil after an ICE agent shot and killed a driver in Minnesota on January 7, 2026.

A crowd of a few hundred gathered in Portland’s Terry Schrunk Plaza on Wednesday evening at a protest and vigil for the Minneapolis woman fatally shot by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent earlier in the day.
