Sunrise painted the sky over the Portland area in shades of pink, purple and orange on Sunday, vibrant hues captured by local photographers.

“Today’s sunrise was unreal!” posted Reddit user Shelly Denison, who snapped a photo of the view out of her window. “My whole apartment was pink from this morning’s lighting.“
