The women, Colleen McDonald and Hilary Rossio, according to their suit, were stunned as two Portland police cars pinned in their Ford Fusion, and officers yelled expletives for them to show and raise their hands with police pointing guns at them on Aug. 29, 2023.Police never put on their lights or sirens until after they rammed their vehicles into the Ford Fusion that the two women were riding in on the night of Aug. 29, 2023, their suit says.Scene of the pin-in on Southwest Bertha Boulevard.

Two Portland women are suing the city and police, alleging officers mistook their car for one driven by a reckless driver who refused to pull over, followed them for over 10 miles and then rammed into their car without notice and pointed guns at them.
