The driver of the vehicle, Isaac Veloz (45), had multiple active warrants for his arrest. Veloz was arrested on his outstanding warrants and transported to the Coos County Jail, where he was additionally cited for Driving While Suspended (Violation), Driving Without Insurance, and Failure to Register a Vehicle. “Police action is not indicative of guilt. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.”
