Description

Amid the housing and homelessness crises, city officials want to understand what’s working and what’s not with their regulations, said Interim Housing Bureau Director Michael Buonocore.

The city of Portland plans to spend up to $400,000 over two years to evaluate whether its landlord-tenant laws are helping or hurting renters and rental owners.
