Description

The city of Portland broke ground on its $2 billion Bull Run water filtration plant near Gresham in 2024.

Portland officials say the city will resume construction next week on its $2 billion water filtration plant east of Gresham after clearing a legal hurdle that had ground the project to a halt months ago.
