Description

Portland police shot Immanueal Clark, 30, in the lower back on Nov. 19, 2022, as he was running from police. He died two days later at OHSU Hospital.

The city of Portland is set to pay $3.75 million to settle a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the family of an unarmed man shot in the back by a police officer in 2022.
