Pop-ups and residencies have fueled much of the excitement in Portland this year, but Bon Appetit found plenty to like in the Rose City's restaurant scene, naming two spots to its annual best new restaurants issue.

A Portland restaurant named one of America’s best new restaurants by a national magazine less than two years ago will close before the end of the month.
