A thrilled Rashelle Chase-Miller reacts to election results at a watch party at McMenamins Broadway Pub Tuesday evening. Chase-Miller defeated incumbent Herman Greene to capture a seat on the Portland Public Schools board.

Voters in Portland Public Schools elected four women, all with children currently in the district, to the school board on Tuesday, including one who ousted an incumbent.
