Description

Students at Roosevelt High School gather for an assembly earlier this year. Because enrollment has dropped significantly, the school is facing the loss of more than a dozen staff members in the fall.

High schools will bear the brunt of some $50 million in budget cuts planned for Portland Public Schools next year, according to new school-by-school breakdowns of staffing allocations provided to The Oregonian/OregonLive via a public records request.
